The surge in Iraq did work, no matter how much you want to act like it didn't. And there's no such thing as an unwinnable war. Much of the problem boils down to what you want to do to win it. Considering that Defense Contractors are still around and that they are not counted amongst our troops and that we have other nations there, 30,000 is enough to pull something together. I'm not sure if publicly stating the date was such a good idea, but its good that he has a timetable set. Overall a good move for Obama. Though it will take some time for the troops to be fully sent over there. I will be waiting to see the changes and effects of his decision.

Ouch, only a total of seven games he shot 40% or higher. Not good. Thomas poked him in the eye and Scola started bleeding, needed seven stitches.

Thing is, he was doing fine early on the season but now he's become too trigger happy. If teams aren't giving him the lane then simply pass the ball up.

WIN!!! The whole team chipped in, not one player had a bad game (including Jawai). Great effort!

Just when I thought Ariza's shot selection couldn't get any worse, he goes 7-23. -_-

Its starting to like it more and more by each passing game. While Scola is easily the most talented (better passer, etc),Landry's versatility and athleticism make him the more ideal scorer. Statistically Scola has been far more impressive the past few games, but it seems Landry gets more floor time and plays run when the game is on the line. Thoughts?

Anyone play it? I've been hearing a lot of good things about it, like probably the best RPG of the year.

True say, I can't help but feel a little disappointed too. Of all my friends I'm probably the best 2k player but I got blown out by the worst of the group, because all he had to do was tap x and get a steal half the time. It got so bad that we had to make it a rule not to steal so often.

2k. I got bored of My Player mode after just a few games but the association is amazing.

Bench kept us in the game. Ariza, Brooks and Battier all were awful.

I don't like the series but even I'll admit that this game is a HUGE step from the first one. Its not as repetitive as the first and they added some cool stuff.

That was brutal. Nothing went right for us. Landry and Ariza had good games though.

Granted they don't have the toughest of schedules but they are 8-4. We still have yet to see what this team can do when fully healthy (Bogut and Redd out) and Jennings is stealing wins with a supporting cast of Hakim Warrick, Ersan Ilyasova, etc. I'm a little worried that Redd might hurt the ball movement but I still think this is a 7th seed team. Thoughts?

Same state, same city. There really isn't any reason for me to leave the suburbs, perfect place to grow up and raise a family.
