  1. Lol Daniel Gibson just tweeted "Free Jamison" This game is so entertaining. Kobe's dunk was insane. Clippers look unstoppable when they want to be.
  2. We blew a 19 point lead, but Kyrie hit the game winner, leaving one second for Charlotte. Tristan with another double double, and Livingston played quite well. Watching Charlotte, Jeff Taylor plays better than MKG right now. Kidd-Gilchrist cannot shoot the ball too well. Taylor got Charlotte back in the game. Charlotte was +13 with him on the floor, their only starter who had a positive +/-. Not to say MKG won't wind up better.
  3. If I'm Sacramento, I'm keeping DeMarcus. He's played his butt off since what happened with Smart.
  4. I agree, I'm just thinking of what WWE would like to promote in terms of streak vs. streak. There are many options for Taker. I've even heard an idea such as Taker help Ryback take on The Shield just to add a spin to the usual Taker mania match. It'd be nice for a change and could get more upcoming wrestlers involved as opposed to the long feuds with other veterans like Triple H and HBK that Taker has had the past four years.
  5. For WrestleMania, I've been hearing that it will be Cena vs. Rock for the title this time, with Rock winning it from Punk at the Rumble. For the other title, Ryback wins the Rumble to challenge Big Show. Then Triple H will face Lesnar for revenge, and The Undertaker will extend his streak, probably against CM Punk? It gets tricky though, because it would make sense to have Punk beat Rock, retain his title, and keep his year-plus title rain going to build up for a streak vs. streak match against Taker. But then, Rock/Cena II would not have a title on the line, which would make the match less attractive since it's essentially a rematch from last year. So it's safe to say Rock/Cena will be on the card, but I have no clue how we get there, and I have no idea of the other matches. For those who watched Raw last week, Cena announced his entry into the Rumble. So he may get to The Rock by winning it. My Rumble pick is a 50/50 split between Cena or Ryback.
  6. CJ Miles is on fire. Too bad that's the only positive. Kyrie needs to be more aggressive.
  7. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/c/ce/Royal_Rumble_2013_Poster.jpg/200px-Royal_Rumble_2013_Poster.jpg Matches so far 30 Man Royal Rumble [Announced Participants] John Cena Sheamus Randy Orton Dolph Ziggler Heath Slater Jinder Mahal Drew McIntyre Antonio Cesaro Wade Barrett WWE Championship CM Punk © vs. The Rock World Heavyweight Championship Alberto Del Rio © vs. The Big Show WWE Tag Team Championship Team Hell No © vs. Team Rhodes Scholars -------------------------------- Now, CM Punk will defend his title against Ryback before the show, but he's likely to retain it and wrestle The Rock. I really have no clue what other matches could be added since they seem to be taking a break story wise until the new year begins. Who do you guys think will win the Rumble? I'm going with Ryback.
  8. Deron Williams is pulling off the same garbage he did in Utah. I feel sad for the coach that has to deal with this ego. Hopefully Avery Johnson can get a job soon.
  9. Despite losing, Dallas has shown now that it will likely be able to make a push for the playoffs. Dirk played limited minutes and they probably should have won the game. Once Dirk gets back and the groove and learns how to play with Collison and Mayo, this team will be back on track. As for OKC, I don't think this team can win a championship with Durant/Westbrook. It's a bad dynamic. Westbrook took so many poor shots when he should have just settled down and took the time for a quality possession. He plays hard, but I don't trust him.
  10. OJ Mayo wants to be in the spotlight? Then step your game up.
  11. I'll definitely take two wins in a row, anytime anyplace. Tristan is becoming one of my personal favorites. 4 straight double doubles, you can tell he's trying. Nene is a beast for Washington. They should look to trade him.

  13. This is absurd...makes me think we may never even make the playoffs during the Kyrie era...but have to hope that this will change for the better.
  14. Why this year in particular? I'm not saying he shouldn't be in the running, but Kevin Durant has made all-around improvement to his game, and Melo has broken out. Also, Kobe's scoring for his age makes him a candidate for sure. Even Duncan deserves consideration with his resurgence. There are definitely worthy candidates, this isn't a one man race.
  15. The Cavs continue to reach the lowest of lows just when you think they hit rock bottom.
  16. That has to be the most embarrassing way to end a game. You have two chances for a game winning drive, and you turn the ball over both times? Besides, happy the Titans won, allows Cleveland to move up in the draft.
  17. The Cavs will have three players wearing a mask tonight: Kyrie, Tyler, and Tristan :glasses:
  18. With the thread about ballots I figured we could start discussing who should be on the all-star teams. Here are my teams based on the performances this year: East Starters Rajon Rondo Dwayne Wade Carmelo Anthony LeBron James Tyson Chandler East Reserves Deron Williams Jrue Holiday Paul Pierce Chris Bosh David West Anderson Varejao Brook Lopez West Starters Chris Paul Kobe Bryant Kevin Durant Kevin Love Tim Duncan West Reserves Tony Parker Russell Westbrook James Harden David Lee Blake Griffin Al Jefferson Zack Randolph You guys? Only tough decisions I had were picking Al Jefferson over Dwight, and not including someone from the Bulls.
  19. But now the question is, will we even get that chance to see Nash play with them? If Nash doesn't play for the remainder of the month, when is it to the point where LA has to make a move (probably trading Pau) just to stay in playoff contention?
