  2. Parker is an able and willing defender who has a quality shot. He would definitely be a lucrative piece to Boston to possibly replace Eddie House before JR Giddens comes through the system. San Antonio could also use him off the bench. But I agree, he`s not going to get a lucrative contract. Simple as that.
  3. I don`t exactly get the trade though. Why didn`t Dallas just take Beaubois to being with, giving Mullens to OKC.
  4. In a nutshell - No. Not a chance. OTR does not need to be relied upon to generate activity amongst a network of mediocre sites. Even with the recent string of hackings and unrest amongst a certain amount of members, it`s tried to be done before, and it`s never been positive. And to be quite honest, your track record (and age) don`t exactly speak too much about what your trying to accomplish here. I just don`t like the idea. Sorry.
  5. I agree with Adam and I`ll say Detroit. They are just plain awful, and a one-dimensional combo guard and Tayshaun Prince Jr. aren`t going to be saving much from that franchise. Detroit financially will go a long ways in signing free agents. At least they`re trying to salvage some talent.
  6. To start, I could care less of who's better, and I think they're honestly completely even with each other, but if I had to choose, I would take Manning. I'll divulge likely tomorrow, but that's my complete and utterly honest opinion.
  7. I think Sacramento is going to bring in Hedo, a gut feeling. Portland would be smart not to roll out a multi-year contract that'll handcuff them in trying to sign Roy and Oden to extensions. We all know Petrie likes the big men that can shoot. He's gone after Hedo in the past three seasons, and just draft Omri Casspi, a guy that has drawn comparisons to Hedo Turkoglu himself. He'll overpay, but I think he gets it done.
  8. They lose 3 solid players, but replace them with one of the nation's best point guard recruit in Abdul Gaddy and an absolutely sick class. They are going to dominate a weak Pac-10 conference, and have one of the best up and coming coaches in the NCAA right now. I'm not saying they're a top five team, but top ten? Sure. Any day of the week.
  9. He's not breaking any rules. He doesn't want to pay the $6 million buyout price that comes with coming here to Minnesota to play basketball. The kid's 18, he has a frail body, and needs to develop a proper jump shot. Instead of staying mediocre waiting for him to do it in Minny, I'd actually let him stay in Europe for 2 or 3 more years to do these things, and then come over (he's only going to be 20 in 2 years anyways) when the Wolves have most of their players (notably Jefferson and Love) in their primes, ready to roll. He'll step right in and create oppurtunities. Although I do think he's being a little [expletive], but he's correct in saying he doesn't have to come over yet. We saw it with Fran Vasquez and Orlando. Vasquez may actually come over this Summer and join the Magic, so.
  10. I'll take Nas as the best alive. Insane lyrically. Mason also agrees, so that means it's true.
  11. No, you'll see Eyenga again. He's a fantastic talent, and would be praised a whole lot more if he played in the NCAA.
  12. Jeff Adrien is going to stick somewhere, as well Woodside. He's a pure scorer and you need that coming off the bench.
