LeBron to announce Thursday on ESPN

Recommended Posts

Those sources said that James' representatives requested they be allowed to sell sponsorship for the one-hour special, with the proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and that ESPN agreed to the proposal but had not been told what James has decided.

How you guys feel now.

He could just donate money himself or announce it on a website where advertisement space goes to charity. Really, any option is better than a 1 hour 'special'

Any normal human being wouldn't decline if the worlds most famous media outlet came to them offering thousands of dollars for a tv special.

So Lebron is going to look like an [expletive] by doing this? Hmmmm. I'm sure 20% of the country may think so. Just like 20% of the country may think Comcast has horrible service. 20% is a minority compared to the bigger numbers.
