There's absolutely no way around it, and the NFL is much better off getting their regular officials back. There were calls in both the Patriots and 49er's game that were terrible each way. I saw a few really bad calls in the Saints game too. They are bad without question, although I've seen some improvement since the preseason. Dash Posted September 9, 2012 Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 Dreadful first quarter and a half, offense wasn't really getting anywhere and Tannehill was picking apart the defense. The turnovers really saved our asses because while the defense picked up significantly, the offense was still pretty flat. O-line needs to improve if we're going to be Super Bowl contenders. SRV Posted September 9, 2012 Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 (edited) I now remember what it feels like to be a Dolphins fan, I get about 8 months to wipe my memory of last season and watch us screw up in the draft and free agency, and then have a positive outlook only to be smacked in the face by the reality of our shitty team every single season. The defense was alright, its not their fault they had to defend a short field like 5 times in the game, but Tannehill needs to learn how to look around the field, he gets locked in on guys and the Texans D-line just knew exactly when to jump and tip his passes. Our WR's are oh so terrible, I gave us hope, but there is no way around it, they suck. The Texans picked up an undrafted rookie WR that looks way better than anything we have. Will we learn to draft a WR early in the draft? Nope, its gonna be another stupid O-line or D-line, cause we don't already have like 50 of those guys.
