This team's success begins and ends with John Wall... if he wants the team to play different, make it happen. He is the point guard, the franchise player and supposed to be a superstar in the making. This team needs to trade Blatche and Nick Young asap as well.

Nice to see LeBron regain(ing) his throne as the undisputed number 1 player in the NBA so soon... not that he ever should have lost it (some of you may have never stopped recognizing him as the best). Looking like an early MVP candidate right now, though he obviously isn't going to shoot 60% all year, and everyone is going to be desperate to put the MVP trophy in Durant's hands no matter how good a year LBJ has. Dwight is being a pouty bitch (not really surprising). Say what you will about LBJ, but Melo and Dwight have both behaved far worse despite playing on better teams during their times there. Just frustrating for me, especially after all his talk saying how he isn't LeBron and all this shit. Magic need to deal him, now. Contact every damn team and start a bidding war, before it's too late and all you get is two shit firsts in the off-season, or nothing. I have hated D'Antoni for years, dating back to him leaving Phoenix, especially during the Marbury situation, as well as Nate... dude is simply a bad to mediocre coach who looked awesome in Phoenix thanks to Nash... sorry but Amare and Melo aren't going to commit defensively because of an assistant coach (Woodson), this team needs a new voice as far as I am concerned. Seeing Nash right now makes me sad. Dude got shafted by his organization, quite possibly cost him a ring, or at the very least a couple more chances at one. Hopefully he can get out. Raptors look like absolute shit... Casey is sick in that we are playing better defense than ever, but it is like the O'Neil days minus Vince Carter, so yeah... looking forward to hopefully adding the franchise player this team needs in the off-season. Hey, at least LBJ played close to 100 games in the season before he apparently "quit" on Cleveland, Dwight checked out at the start of this year... have fun signing in New Jersey in the off-season douchebag. On a side note, still waiting for Demar to get it going.. somehow he is looking worse than last year, up to this point I am chalking it up to the added pressure, both from himself and everyone else. Dude needs to continue to get the to the line and do what made him successful last year. He gets a bad rap from the refs, but he can't let that stop him from attacking. I don't understand how someone so athletic can be such a bad defender either... I know he isn't overly quick, but he doesn't fight through screens, and just seems really lackadaisical on D more than anything. Also have to admit how impressed I have been with Bargs so far.. still not a great player, but he is clearly playing with more fire than he ever has as a Raptor. My gripe with Casey so far is his rotations, I know he wants to win but how is Magloire getting just a couple minutes less than Ed Davis?!?!?

I watched a bit of the game last night, honestly Blake Griffin just looks like a huge small forward out there to me when he plays.

Why anyone would want Cousins is beyond me... everyone thinks they can be the guy to "fix" a player, but it fails more often than it succeeds, not worth the risk of some bonehead like this ruining your dressing room. It is one thing for an ultra talented player to have a bad attitude, you can still win, but a guy like Cousins, no...

Everyone just keeps pumping Casey's tires.. I love it... defensively we are so much better, but we are really far away offensively.. Demar hasn't taken the leaps I had hoped/expected, but then again it is still early... I am losing faith in Bayless' willingness to be a pointguard each passing game. Bring over Barnes and Val next year, and I think we are looking like a pretty nice team moving forward.

Demar needs to get back to what made him successful last season. He isn't attacking enough, and is taking too many jumpers, a lot of which are contested. I just feel like he is forcing rather than letting the game come to him.

I don't understand why you guys are so reluctant to give up those 2 for Dwight... sure it sets you back a bit (not as much as I feel a lot of people think), but in terms of value, LA easily comes away the winner... when you can get a top 5 player without giving up your best player, you do it, worry about everything else after. Dwight-McRoberts-Ron-Kobe-Fish is a 50+ win starting 5 still. Think of those teams Dwight was winning those games with.... LA is still a contender after the deal... Pau is close to being valueless, and Bynum is inching his way there as well with each injury he experiences.

I am fine giving him a 1 year extension, we should remain non-committal to him until we give him a legitimate playoff squad to work with (it is debatable whether we are one right now).

Vince was fresh off a 21 PPG 5 REB and 4AST season, and was a borderline all-star.. at the time, Orlando stole that deal. Sorry to Lee, and don't get me wrong i love the kid's game, but he was/is a role player, and Vince was a borderline all-star at the time. Nets trade VC, then go 12-70, hmmm. At the time, Orlando made the right choice, hindsight is 20-20 of course, but even to this day, you take VC for that package before you give Hedo 10M a year, hindsight or no hindsight (even though they managed to do BOTH lol)
