Arenas always makes the claims about changing his game and accepting a new role, and while he may be in verbal agreement to his new role right now off the court, I can't imagine him maintaining that mentality when he's actually out on the floor with Wall running the show.

This is true, Live actually has the ability to be played realistically, but unfortunately the people you play with online would not be likely to join you in a realistic style game. Instead they will do whatever it takes to win, i.e dunk from everywhere with everyone. There is still quite a lot of dunking in 2k10 and I really wish it would be toned down. With the addition of Jordan in the upcoming series, one can only imagine how much dunking is going to be done. My prediction is more of the same, and possibly worse.

For Paul George to start off his career with CP3 would be a dream come true for him. He would be an even more fierce offensive threat.

Some say John Wall and Gilbert Arenas could make a fierce backcourt that could do a lot of damage on the offensive end. Others say Gilbert shouldn't be within 100 yards of Wall ever. The doubters of their co-existence say Gilbert would be a horrible influence on Wall and serve as nothing but a distraction on and off the court, which would cloud Wall's development. So the question is, should Gilbert stay a Wizard? Has he finally learned his lesson and is willing to let Wall run the team? Or should he be traded (nearly impossible) or possibly bought out?

He's projected to go top 15 so I wouldn't really call him much of a steal. But yeah, dude's a beast and definitely a freak of an athlete. He definitely relies on his athleticism for a lot of his offense and his defense is criticized as being lazy, but as long as he stays in top shape he's going to be a nightmare on the offensive end.

Nah in the most recent Live (and I believe the one prior to it) they finally merged the layup/shoot button into one. However I do still see a ton of dunking, and some players who should not be dunking in the first place are dunking in traffic. Everyone's (including my own) wish for a basketball game, but unfortunately David Stern won't allow techs/flagrants/fights/ejections in any NBA associated video game.

Yep, one of the 2k admins posted on the 2k forums stating that 2k will be using newer and better servers. That's definitely a huge + for me, although I would never consider buying Live (Elite...smh) over 2k.

He's coaching how to make Kobe's shooting more difficult. I can see what he's saying, and Perkins and Garnett are strongly to blame for Kobe's seemingly effortless drives to the hoop. Perkins struggles to read pick and roll directions and, as shown, finds himself either on the wrong side or completely out of the proper defensive formation. They need to work at hounding Kobe when he is the one bringing the ball up the court.

To clear up anyone's confusion or disappointment in the game, 2k admitted the commercial was all 100% 2k10 footage because it was "too early" to release any footage of 2k11. They still have a lot of work to do on the game unfortunately so we aren't going to know much for a while. Pretty much all we know so far is that they are going to use new servers (thank god) and Jordan will be covering the game.

I would say yes, but mostly due to his international career. He would be borderline/unlikely to make it if it were just an NBA Hall of Fame. Put his NBA success with that and he should be a shoe-in. He's definitely more likely to make it than Rondo.
