Reggie Miller
He was so clutch and he was a great shooter, especially against the Knicks.

Before, I would have said Michael Jordan, but the recent acts by LeBron James have made me lose lots of respect for the guy.

One NBA executive thinks the Heat could show interest in center Eddy Curry if he's let go by the Knicks at midseason, according to Alan Hahn of Newsday.
"One NBA exec thinks Heat will quickly sign Curry if/when he's waived in March. His playoff drought (504 games) could end b4 Knicks does," Hahn wrote on his Twitter page.
Eddy Curry's playing days are over, IMO once he got traded over the the Knicks. The Heat would be better off without Curry with their current group of forwards/centers. The Heat should've signed Dampier, because he would have been great against the Shaq's/Howard's in the league, because Bosh can't guard them.

Just one week into the season, Lakers coach Phil Jackson has already coined a nickname for his team's energetic bench: The Renegades.
Newcomers Steve Blake, Matt Barnes and Theo Ratliff have joined returnees Shannon Brown and Sasha Vujacic on a bench that also includes Lamar Odom (when he's not filling in as a starter) and Luke Walton (injured).
"I like the way this group is coming together," Jackson said. "They have the potential to be very special."
Thoughts?

The Boston Celtics’ Rajon Rondo and the Los Angeles Lakers’ Pau Gasol today were named the Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Tuesday, October 26, through Sunday, October 31.
Rondo helped the Celtics to a 2-1 record to start their season, including an opening-night victory over the Miami Heat. The 6-1 guard’s week was highlighted by a 24-assist performance in a win over the New York Knicks. In the team’s opening three games, Rondo dished out 50 assists, which tied John Stockton (1989-90) for the best three-game start in NBA history. Rondo averaged 10.7 points, 16.7 assists and 6.3 rebounds for the week, while also recording the first triple double of the new season against the Knicks.
Gasol led the Lakers to a perfect 3-0 week, averaging 25.3 points on .525 shooting from the field to go with 10.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists. Gasol opened the season with a 29-point effort in a home win over the Rockets. He also recorded a double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds in a win over the Warriors on Sunday night.
Rondo's 24-assist performance was very impressive but it was against a poor defensive team like the Knicks though. Paul Gasol is playing really well and that's good news for the Lakers fans while Kobe is a little banged up.

For the Bulls, why are they trying to trade one of their few knock down shooters? Iggy is a slasher, they don't need that. Deng is more than capable of playing in this offense, just give it time once Boozer comes back. They don't need Iguodala. They don't need his slashing ability nor his ability to defend (they brought in Ronnie Brewer just for that role).
They need Iguodala's play-making ability a lot more then Deng's shooting capabilities, which is useless if he can't create his shot.

Trail Blazers-Bulls Preview
By KATE HEDLIN
After first-round playoff exits last season, Brandon Roy and Derrick Rose each talked about wanting to take their individual games and respective teams to the next level.
While it's early in the season, it's looking good for both to carry out those promises.
Roy and the Portland Trail Blazers seek their first 4-0 start in 11 years when they visit Rose and the Chicago Bulls on Monday.
Portland is off to its best start since the 1999-2000 season when it won its first four games. However, it hasn't been easy. The Trail Blazers have been behind entering the fourth quarter in each of their games, including rallying from six points down to win by 14 against Phoenix on Thursday and erasing a nine-point deficit in the final 5 1/2 minutes of a 100-95 win over New York on Saturday.
"You don't want to have to continue to do that, but these guys are not dropping their heads," coach Nate McMillan said. "They're playing a 48-minute game."
While the team's slow starts have put it in a tough position, it's helped that Roy is has been solid so far. After his numbers dropped slightly in 2009-10 due to nagging injuries, Roy is averaging 25.0 points and 6.3 rebounds. He finished with 29 points and six boards in the victory over the Knicks.
Roy and the Blazers continue their road trip Monday against a Bulls team that split its first two games despite outstanding efforts by Rose in each of them.
After scoring 28 points in a 106-95 loss at Oklahoma City on Wednesday, Rose matched a career high with 39 as Chicago erased a 21-point deficit to beat Detroit 101-91 on Saturday. The Bulls trailed by 13 with three minutes remaining before going on a 19-2 run to win their home opener.
Rose shot 13 of 27 and also had seven assists, six rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots as fans at the United Center began chanting "M-V-P."
"I'm far away from it," he said. "I've still got to play hard. Like I've said, I was working out hard all this summer. I think I've got a shot."
Rose was also helped by another solid effort from Joakim Noah, who signed a five-year contract extension in early October after being involved in several trade rumors over the offseason. He has totaled 33 points and 36 rebounds in his first two games.
He'll face a challenge to put up those kinds of numbers against Portland, however. While the Blazers are missing big men Greg Oden (left knee) and Joel Przybilla (right knee), they have outrebounded opponents in two of three games - a big reason they haven't allowed an opponent to reach 100 points this season. LaMarcus Aldridge is averaging 9.7 rebounds.
Also, Noah struggled in two games against Portland last season. He totaled 15 points and 19 rebounds, making one start. Last season, Noah averaged 10.7 points and 11.0 rebounds.
Portland and Chicago split the two meetings in 2009-10, with each winning at home. The Bulls won 115-111 in overtime at the United Center on Feb. 26, led by 33 points from Rose. Aldridge had 32 points.

Doesn't Justin.tv broadcast games as well?

Torrents and Mediafire ftw.
Mediafire? 4Shared ftw.

Not at all. I think you'd best compare someone who is 6'0 or smaller to be the next AI. It just wouldn't seem right to say Rose (who is 6'2+) to be the next AI, especially when Rose is a lot bigger in terms of height and frame than AI was.
This.

^Agreed.

PG comments:- Deng looks really horrific and I'm glad he got benched the 2nd half. -James Johnson looks really good and is a great match for this team with his ballhandling skills. He provied great defense and maximized his opportunites.- Noah: rebounding machine- Rose: I wish he got 40!

:o Bombs intercepted in Chicago? Wow, that was a close one, phew.

I really wish the Chicago Bulls could strike a deal with Denver for Carmelo Anthony. He gives everything the Bulls need: a playmaker and a scorer. Those are the Bulls biggest needs.

Quick PG comments:- I don't want Rudy for a 1st round pick because he looked like a glorified Jannero Pargo out there and he kept committing turnovers.- Deng, 40 POINTS. WOW- Rose double-double: 16 & 12
