  1. lol I like to mess with people sometimes. :glasses: how'd you find out it was me?
  2. I was having my fun with Swish on HN. he asked who I was on OTR and I said I was N/A. when he told me N/A went by SportsFan on HN, I said I had multiple accounts there lol. he eventually found out it was me, though. btw, N/A released a statement about OTR on HN: lol. sad to see him go, but I think HN is a good home for him.
  3. I repped your post because you acknowledged Miami's beastliness in that game. ^_^ they may not have had anything to play for in regards to the season, but they had something to play for in regards to this particular game. I'm sure everyone on that team including the owner and all the fans wanted the Cavs to win that game just so they could say the beat the Heat. Cleveland was fighting for some redemption. Miami. on the other hand, would've stayed comfortably in third in the standings regardless. I gotta think that game meant more to the Cavs than it did to the Heat.
  4. I thought it might've been fake, but idk if it's right to assume it was for sure. it looks like the fight happened in a school locker room. idk if those kids would want to risk expulsion or suspension over a fake fight.
  5. I never said you couldn't use injuries as an excuse. I was just saying we were without arguably three of our top six players.
  6. and we've been without Haslem all year. we were also without Chalmers and Miller last night. Chalmers is a true starter on this team and Miller is arguably our best reserve. I'm sure Cleveland would've been better this year had V and Jamison stayed healthy, but all teams deal with injuries. they still would've been one of the worst, if not still the worst team in the league even with those guys.
  7. ah, I knew there must've been more to the story. I guess he had it coming, then. meh, the better team loses sometimes. we have a shallow team as it is; not having Chalmers, Miller, and Haslem is hell. it seems Wade and James are experimenting more with these plays where LeBron puts his back to the basket and tries to draw defenders. they were doing it last night, but they haven't mastered it yet and it kind of backfired on them. if they continue to work on that, I think they'll be dangerous. but like I said, they were shorthanded, the game was in Cleveland, and the Cavs wanted it more. it's not the end of the world for Miami.
  8. yeah, they definitely need to improve at the center position. they should go after Nene, but idk if they have the cap.

  10. it would be huge for Golden State if they could get this guy. Curry Ellis Williams Udoh Biedrins ship David Lee's ass out of there.
  11. I gotta go with OKC, but the Wolves could become really dangerous if some things happen: Rubio eventually wises up and joins the team the Wolves get a couple more lottery selections Beasley, Randolph, and Flynn continue to improve they're somehow able to keep Love long term (doubtful) Wesley Johnson develops into the player they were expecting
  12. so that's why you be disrespecting me? <_< that's understandable, but he didn't really do anything this time around to deserve an eternal ban. maybe I'm missing something, but what he posted in this topic certainly isn't worthy of that punishment imo. continuously baiting and trolling or spamming the site would be one thing, but he actually seemed to be getting things together lately. before he left on that vacation, him and I were involved in a couple long, mature debates here. he was respecting my opinions and making compelling arguments even though he disagreed with me completely. this whole thing seems kinda raunchy to me, but oh well. -_-
  13. meh, I could care less that we lost. it's not surprising to me, actually. we were without Chalmers, Miller, and Haslem, the game was in Cleveland, and the Cavs wanted it more. I guess it's only fair the Cavs fans get this inkling of happiness after LeBron embarrassed them last summer. I'd rather we stay in third and face the Sixers in the first round anyway. Bosh laid another egg in this one. the dude just seems like he doesn't give a shit sometimes. Spo gives Anthony too many minutes off the bench. that's guy's almost completely worthless. we need desperately to upgrade at the big man positions this summer. I'll at least give credit to Bibby, though. if he can play even half that well in the playoffs, I like our chances. as far as the N/A situation goes, I'm disappointed about the ban. he was a dedicated member and he was always honest. I respected that about him and it seems a little harsh that a guy who had over 3000 posts here would be banned permanently. I'd be up for giving him one last chance, but I'm probably the only one here who feels that way. I don't know much about his history here or what he's done in the past, though, so I may just be speaking out of ignorance. well, I'm out for the night. until tomorrow, fellas.
  14. he was really active and easily one of my favorite members. what did he do to get banned?

  16. why were all those hoops taken? why would authorities care about the hoop? what right do they have to take stuff from people's property? so much of this doesn't make sense to me. hopefully, they press charges against the city and try to get that hoop back.
  17. Obama said he wanted them dead? but yeah, this is pretty disgusting. I don't get why they'd care about a basketball hoop. can't you merge topics?
  18. so you're serious about thinking the Heatles will score 120 tomorrow?
  19. you took the words out of my mouth, sir. great article btw. I agree with the author. Howard should win this year's MVP. Rose gets all the credit even though he's arguably the worst defender in Chicago's starting line. if you're going to use that LeBron has Wade argument, you also have to realize Rose has Deng, Boozer, and Noah. those three players combined are way more impressive than just Wade. the Magic are pathetic without Howard and they're still a contender just because of him. looking back at those stats, it seems Shaq should've won the award in '01 as well.
  20. wtf? you think each of the big three are going to drop 40? there's no way that's going to happen. the Cavs suck, but they don't suck that much. I see the big three combining for 75 points and 25 rebounds. they'll sit out most of the fourth quarter because Miami will get a big lead early.
  21. rich boy sellin crack dope [expletive]as wanna jack, shit tight, no slack - just bought a cadillac
