He hasn't played well tonight, but there are many more important problems on the team than him, and it starts with the worst coaching staff in the NFL.

Woman Sues McDonald's Over Happy Meals
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
I hope you're joking? Maybe some people should suit their real-estate agents for showing them a nice house that "they just couldn't say no to" even though they couldn't afford it. All the woman has to do is say "no". It's not that hard. -
Woman Sues McDonald's Over Happy Meals
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
My original comment is true. There's no such thing as a "bad" food. It's all about moderation, and I wouldn't say McDonalds is healthy, but it's not necessarily unhealthy". Anyways, this is lady is just dumb. -
It would have been even more bad-[expletive] if there was a jetski waiting for him near the water. .

Woman Sues McDonald's Over Happy Meals
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
I'm not going to argue because I'm on the same page as you for the most part, but your first statement doesn't make sense. I never said grilled chicken wasn't better, but that doesn't make a cheeseburger unhealthy. Eating five cheeseburgers would be unhealthy. It's all about moderation. Eating ten granola bars is more unhealthy than eating one cheeseburger(which isn't even an unhealthy food). It's all about moderation. -
Woman Sues McDonald's Over Happy Meals
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
This is where people need to learn about health. There is no such thing as a "bad" food. It all comes down to moderation which makes meals unhealthy. It's pathetic. I also think the coffee lawsuit was absurd as well, and I don't have too much sympathy for the woman. People need to have personal responsibility. -
http://pagingdrgupta.blogs.cnn.com/2010/12/15/woman-sues-mcdonalds-over-happy-meals/ I love our country, but the mindset of many people in this country is just absolutely retarded it pisses me off. No [expletive] McDonald's is marketing the happy meals to kids. This dumb [expletive] needs to understand that kids don't go to McDonald's just for the toys, they go for the burgers, fries, nuggets, ect. If the kids really want toys, then go buy them at a store, or just tell them no. I really can't believe San Francisco is having a ban on toys in these meals next December. McDonald's in not unhealthy, but people who don't eat it in moderation are the ones that are unhealthy. There are no "bad" foods, just foods you need to eat in moderation. It's just sad that some liberal "justice" will probably help her win here case. This is absolutely absurd!

Most underrated Player in the NBA?
EastCoastNiner replied to *Swish*'s topic in General NBA Discussion
I already did all over my laptop screen. It may happen again if the 49er's beat the Chargers tonight. -
Chris Bosh is definitely better than Amare . .

Nuggets and Nets agree to Melo trade (update: false alarm)

PROKOROV!!!!!!!!!!!! -
He had a good post-season, and that's not really deniable. He sure had a great regular seaosn with a 3.43 ERA in the NL West, which is absolute trash. And, he should be happy he ran into a Rangers team that decided to cool off in the World Series. Come play in the AL East and then he can talk. I'll take Halladay and Lee over that skinny little [expletive] any day. He'll be retiring soon anyways because his mechanics are absolute trash,
-
Josh Beckett.........nothing. Jon Lester.........everyting. I'll take Jon Lester over Josh Beckett every day of the week. I've never like Beckett, but I hope he can have a great season. Clay Bucholtz used to be my least favorite player, but that has changed.......

I knew someone would say that right away. . Obviously Peter King is one of the more respected writers in the NFL and I was just joking around. If he wrote garbage about the Patriots I wouldn't like him at all thought. However, facts are facts. And, yes, I know they haven't won a Super Bowl since they were caught, but they didn't win the year before either. So, can we all just focus on Tripgate instead?
-
Do they? I didn't think that they did. What would be the point of the regular season then?
-
I found this to be a very interesting fact about the before and after of Spygate, and this should put it all to rest unless the uninformed want to argue otherwise. It's #4 on this link. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/peter_king/12/13/week-14-mmqb/index.html

Best team in the NBA at the moment
EastCoastNiner replied to *Swish*'s topic in General NBA Discussion
How exactly can anyone make an argument for the Heat being the best team in the league? The Celtics and Mavericks are on longer winning streaks while playing tougher competition. Not to mention that the Heat have been stomped twice by the Celtics this season. Talk to me when the Heat start consistently beating quality teams. Anyways, I'm very impressed with the Spurs play this season, but the Lakers will probably end up in the finals again..... -
Anyways, I don't see why Longoria needs a new deal when he's signed for a while already......
-
it's funny that's the only thing you can say. You have nothing better to do then troll because the Cowboys have been eliminated from the playoffs for which seems like a decade right now. Seriously, stick to just the Cowboys threads.

I wans't just referring to Bucholtz, but the AL East pitching as a whole. I used Bucholtz not because he's on the Red Sox, but because he had the best stats out of all of the AL East pitchers you mentioned. I'll take the AL East pitching over the NL East pitching without thinking twice. I like the depth in the AL East more. Hallday, Johnson, Santana, and Strasburg are nice, but it goes down after that. Also, I'd love for you to find my homer statement. Please, dig up a lot of them if you can. I'd like to see ten of them by the next time you post since they are so plentiful. It's not really being a homer thinking the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots are premier teams in their respective leages. They all happen to be from MA and are good teams, so obviously I'm going to support them, but please, show me ten homer statements very soon since they are so plentiful.
-
I have no bias whatsoever in this. You put a question mark next to four pitchers from the AL East which is a far superior division to the NL East, yet you don't give them any question marks. You're using Hudson's and Hanson's stats, yet you do know Bucholtz had a better record and a better ERA than both of them in a far better division. In case you haven't noticed, it's your bias that shines through. And, don't ever mention Davis Wright in the same sentence as Evan Longoria. David Wright is a clear level beloew Longoria.
-
The one thing that worries me from this game is that Devin McCourty left the game in the second quarter. He has been absolutely FANTASTIC this year. He has been superb in the passing game, but has also played the run extremely well.
-
I bet that he gets fired just so the league and set an example. And, yes, I know it would probably need to be the Jets that would have to fire him.
-
You're proving how dumb you are yet again, and yes, you do flip flop constantly. Please, show me the entire post where I mentioned the record of 12-4 and the 49er's in the same sentence. Please, I would love to see the ENTIRE post. I know exactly what was stated there. And, the 49er's are out of the playoff race like you said a month ago, right? Or, the Jets are better then the Patriots, right? Or, all that matters is the Jets are winning games and they are a very good team? Get real.
-
Maybe you should read that thread again and show me the entire post instead of picking out the parts you like to. . I really can't take anything you say seriously because you flip flop so much. Just a month ago, Amare was no good, and now he's amazing.
