Dampier's contract is non-guarantee so I am 99.9% sure the Bobcats are trying to trade him for someone of use. If he can bring them a guy like Rip Hamilton then his mission is complete. Back to topic, Kwame Brown is a bust, but he can handle 10-15 minutes at center or power forward.

I don't know what type of style they are going to play if Turner is their central piece, but Jrue can fit in with any style so he stays. If it is fast-paced they want to play then Iggy, Speights, Kapono, Young, Meeks and Willie Green and Lou stays. If it's more of a half-court offense, which is more likely with Doug Collins, then Nocioni,Hawes and maybe Kapono stays (because a shooter is required in almost every type of offense) and everyone else goes.

NY isn't the only destination Melo is willing to go to. Orlando can provide Nuggets solid players and since the Nuggets are the one who are making the decisions regarding Melo's future until July 2011, all Knicks can do right now is to try and offer Nuggets trade proposals.
