  1. I thought Bledsoe would be a better back-up than Maynor but I guess trading him away for a pick meant that they thought the opposite.
  2. This. 25-12 per game for Howard and 20-10 for Paul throughout the season, no doubt.
  3. The top priority is to bring back Phil Jackson. Equally important is to get a PG who can play D and shoot the J. Nothing too big to ask for, just requires some money. Anything else is a bonus.
  4. No chance whatsoever even if the Clippers didn't pick Aminu. Paul Pierce won't leave the Celtics.
  5. Don't really know this guy but judging by his height and position he is a good replacement for Landry (or is Patterson better?) IMO. Tough player who can help out on the boards.
  6. Should have picked a PG at least unless they got a trade pending. George is a stud though.
  7. This. Usually you are looking for the 2nd or 3rd attacking option when you are picking in the top 10 and drafting him at #9 doesn't fit that. That said, he will be a good role player though and can help the Jazz to another playoff push, providing all else remain the same or better.
  8. If even Kwame Brown can tempt the Lakers to trade Caron Butler for him 4-5 seasons after his rookie year, I am sure Michael Beasley can attract some attention from other teams now.
  9. RC Buford gets my vote. He has found so many good players in the second round of the draft while keeping the Spurs competitive throughout all the years . (I think Pop was GM before Buford was so credit goes to him too)
  10. Hilarious indeed, I can see Allen + Bosh joining Wade though.
  11. Wow that's a shock to me, never thought they would consider trading Perkins.
  12. Not to mention they unload two players that aren't even part of the rotation.
  13. That is a pretty good idea and I can help out with holidays coming up...don't expect masterpieces though.
  14. Definitely need a shooter or a slasher. Obviously those 2 needs can be filled by simply dipping into the free agent pool but it never hurts to get someone useful on the bench. I would like Avery Bradley (his stock is rising high though) or Damion James or even Jordan Crawford (although he might not be worthy of the 17th pick). Not a follower of the NCAA but these are the 3 names I can think of.
  15. Either an athletic swingman or a big C.
  16. He better sign with a new team or all this hype would be for nothing.
  17. A pick between 30-35 is always a good source for future helpful role players. Not a bad trade for the Blazers (obviously that depend on how much $$ they paid). EDIT: Just check on ESPN and they are saying that they paid 2m. I am a bit surprised at how high the price is as that is the salary of a mid-first round pick I believe.
  18. That package must include a vital player as I think the Pacers were pretty silly to not accept that trade.
  19. Why would the Blazers want another PG though? They cleared Blake out to not only get a big man in Camby but to develop Bayless as well.
  20. Talk about total domination. 7-0.
  21. I am surprised that Ronaldo is passing so well in this game. If he continues to play like this Portugal will be very scary.
  22. Goodness. What a shock. Crappy defending by Cannavaro right there.
  23. Wow alright. There goes any chance of his team making a huge push in the playoffs then.
