Never drank soda growing up, but I learned to like to taste a bit in high school. Don't drink it anymore though. As for milk...I have you all beat. I used to drink close to a gallon a day, easy. This past year I've slowly stopped drinking it, and now I don't even touch it anymore. While I seriously loved the taste, it was so unhealthy for me to be drinking that much. The milk companies don't filter out all of the growth hormones in regular 2%, so I was pumping myself full of that garbage everyday and I didn't even realize it. Ever since puberty, I've always had bad acne breakouts, and I could never figure out what was causing it. Turns out it was the milk...I stopped drinking it and my entire body cleared up, almost instantly. I actually feel much healthier since I've stopped drinking it.

Just because the pain goes away, doesn't mean that the problem is gone. Only 9% of your nerves are there to detect pain, the rest is to maintain function for the rest of your body.

You're probably developing arthritis in that knee, and it's only going to get worse over time. Did the Dr.'s send you for any physical therapy after your surgery? I would seriously look into seeing a corrective care chiropractor for your knee. In the chiropractor office I work in I've seen my Dr. do wonders for patients who've had serious knee issues, and they are far older than you. Never too late to reverse some of that damage.

Is it that much of a stretch for Shaliq to have a friend sign up and their first post be a reply to his topic? It's not, chill out.

I am happy that Drew is going to a team that he's happy with...gets to play in his hometown again so that's neat. Philly fans will be in for a treat if Drew has a good attitude this season.

As much as I like Bynum, getting Howard while keeping Gasol is utterly fantastic. I'm shocked we were able to pull this off. Sure, Howard has been a giant dick lately...but hey, welcome to L.A. big fella.

I've always liked Nash, but it was too hard to root for him when he was wearing a PHX jersey. Now I can...huzzah!

I'm excited for it too, but I probably won't get to see it for a couple of weeks. Going to spend this entire week in Boston for a work related seminar, but the seminar isn't until the weekend...so I'll get to play in Boston during the 4th. Should be pretty sweet.

That's just from Florida up to the Philly area though, right? I'm sure it's going to be more coming from Cali, haha. Would be pretty legit to see y'all though.

Just like clockwork, every single time the Lakers play on my birthday they lose. Oh well, at least this will get us one game closer to Metta coming back.

That's funny because I worked at Kmart, which is owned by Sears. Just about all my co-workers would go to the bar every single weekend because they hated their job so much. Also, trying to get people to sign up for that horrible, horrible Sears card was the worst.
