shows that you're embarrassed to tell others you watch
La Bomba replied to Lkr's topic in Movies and Television Forum
Diners, Dine-in's, and Dives, I think that's it's name. I used to watch it a lot. -
I'm pretty happy with my schedule for next year. Didn't get a chance to avoid Friday classes, but I have three Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes starting at 9:10 and ending at 12:15 and I have two Tuesday and Thursday classes starting at 9:30 and ending at 12:30.

I'm on that boat. I've lost interest in internet forms. I use to be part of a couple and would be active in all of them. Now I just get on OTR, post a bit, but I spend most of my time reading because I'm just getting lazy with posting.

Probably too early for this topic since this is one of the youngest teams in the league (may even be the youngest), but is anyone currently on the team someone who you can see getting their jersey retired by the Grizzlies? Considering this is a relatively new organization without many achievements, I can see Randolph getting his retired if he ends up retiring a Grizzlies and we become a contender sometime in the next couple years. He is the first to lead the Grizzlies to the second round of the playoffs and the first to end up on an all-NBA team. I would consider him the team's first real star in many ways.

So [expletive]ing mad at myself right now. Went to a party and put my 64 GB iPod Touch on a sound dock. It cost around 400 dollars and its not even a year old. Well, I blackout and I wake up the next morning and obviously someone stole it because the person who had the party looked all over the house and he couldn't find it. I can't remember the last time I've been so mad at myself.

I'm happy for Kidd more than anyone. This was a long time coming.

Dan Gilbert: "NO SHORTCUTS"
La Bomba replied to The Regime's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
I was just as happy as the next guy seeing LeBron lose, but this isn't necessary. As angry as he is about LeBron, he just needs to leave this alone. -
Bad Meets Evil-Hell: The Sequel Tracklist & Cover

I don't think it's one of Eminem's best albums, but it's certainly better than Eminem's last three albums. With that said, Royce made the most of his chance in this album. About time his name starts becoming a household name in hip-hop. -

Miami Heat premmature celebration

I literally looked forward to topics like this so I can just bash LeBron, but there's nothing behind this. I can't count the number of times I've seen a situation similar to this. -
Knicks Looking to Trade Up in Draft for Jimmer

This would be good is D'Antoni stays as head coach, but there seems to be the speculation that D'Antoni may not be back. With that said, I agree with JYD that the Knicks main focus should be on the defensive end. -

R&B singers are destroying hip-hop. -
What's his best mixtape? I downloaded "Can't Ban the Truth," and I loved it.

I want the link as well. -
In one of his pictures he posted he looked like Jeffrey Dahlmer.
-
Well he has been officially hired and I like it a lot. He can't immediately replace Glen Cyperian, but he has the potential to take his role as the lead recruiter as an assistant. The next hire should be someone experienced, possibly an ex-coach to replace Willis Wilson who really helped out Pastner ad a bench coach.

Dominated? Having to play 10 against 11 for the majority of those games certainly affected the results, especially in the first leg of semis where it was an even leveled match till another ref fell victim to Barcelona's ridiculous amount of flopping encouraged by their own head coach. The red on Pepe affected the entire series and we may see a different champion if it wasn't for that bullshit call.
-
Considering he isn't even the best player in his own sport, no.
-
Real Madrid is only defensive when playing Barcelona. It's the only way to beat teams with that style. The same goes for Spain.
-
Yeah the media's obvious hate for Mourinho is ridiculous. Mourinho always looks like the villain.

Heat will win this in five, but go Mavs and avoid me going into depression.

These commentators have a man crush on Guardiola. Please, give me those players and I'll make them champions too. In soccer, more than any other sport, the coach isn't as important. They just have to be good locker room managers. What got me was when they called him respectful. Watch one of his press conferences after a loss and than see you're golden boy's true colors.
-
Ferguson is dumb ass. You can't try to play an attacking game against Barcelona. They will just expose you and attack. Only one man knows how to beat Barcelona and that's Mourninho. Got to play a defensive, counter attacking game with an extra defender on Messi
-
Barcelona will win but I'm rooting against them.
