you lost me with that quote... Durant isn't .2 assists away from being top 3 in assists. Durant is behind other SF's LBJ (7.3), Andre Iguodala (5.7) , and Stephen Jackson (4.3). one of those guys would have to not be a 'SF' for Durant to be only .2 assists from 3rd. otherwise he is 1.3 behind 3rd. EDIT: well NVM. Stephen Jackson, who is an inch shorter than Durant and an inch taller than teammate Gerald Wallace technically qualifies as a SG since that is where he has been getting all his starts this year...

if Gortat was dealt to the Wizards, how many minutes a game would he be getting? he is currently getting 16 MPG in Orlando... can he start to average 25+ with the Wizards????... IF he is dealt there....

this would be great for Gortat's career, i've always thought that he could help a playoff team as more than just a backup Center. I would love to see him 25-35 minutes a game.

this news just made my Holiday Season. EDIT: DBF, when i pray... i don't pray for miracle cures. i don't pray that people with HIV/cancer just wake up the next day without it. i pray for God to help push/motivate PEOPLE into doing incredible things, such as creating a cure. i pray for God to put his magic touch on a human being and make him special enough... smart enough to come up with a cure. I think God would want each and every human being to reach their full potential. Scientists coming up with cures is how they can reach their potential. Sick HIV/cancer patients getting a cure is how they can reach their own.
