  1. well... the NCAA gave them the opportunity to be where they are... without the NCAA they wouldn't have the chance to sell the rings or use their standing as a student-athlete to get the benefits. So i guess thats why the NCAA feel they can step in.
  2. like basing a trade around Bynum for Dwight? either the trade deadline before Dwight is set to become a FA, or in a sign and trade.
  3. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/blog/dr_saturday/post/Sitting-Bucks-Pryor-3-OSU-starters-docked-firs?urn=ncaaf-299868 "Five players – four of them starters, including mega-hyped 2008 classmates Terrelle Pryor, Mike Adams and DeVier Posey – will miss the first five games of next season for selling jerseys, rings and other memorabilia, putting them on ice for almost half the schedule and potentially sinking another run at the BCS Championship Game..... In addition to missing five games next season, student-athletes Mike Adams, Dan Herron, DeVier Posey, Terrelle Pryor, Solomon Thomas and Jordmust repay money and benefits ranging in value from $1,000 to $2,500. The repayments must be made to a charity." EDIT: looks like Pryor will be going pro in order to avoid this. Jordan Whiting is the 6th player involved.
  4. not Dwight too... i really hope he comes out and denies these rumors.
  5. RIP. everything happens for a reason. keep your head up 'Melo
  6. Monta wasn't discovered.... it was a high school knee injury that turned alot of teams off or else he could have been a 1st round pick instead of the 2nd round bargain that the Warriors turned him into. Please don't compare Monta to Reggie Williams. Reggie is good, but not Monta good.

  8. i bet the officiating wasn't bad on October 27th when Houston got 52 free throws and Martin went to the free throw line on pretty much every trip down the floor... fouled on jumpers more than i've ever seen anyone else get in my life.
  9. Griffin had 3 highight dunks in this game i believe. Clippers roll.
  10. Monta is 10-12 on jumpers outside of 16 feet.
  11. and... im not sure Monta is gunna let Houston win this game. the Warrios play Houston tough when the Rockets arent getting 40+ Free Throws a game
