  1. Please explain. I'm in agreement with most of the comments and reviews on this song that Drake went the hardest outside of Em. He lit it up.
  2. Yeah, it's pretty hot. All went hard with Em going the hardest. I feel Kanye and Wayne could have done better, but this is still fire, nonetheless.
  3. Here ya go. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTbHcUzL2Iw
  4. Yep, because one song from an experimental rock album really speaks for a rapper's career... Someone only listens to the Wayne songs on the radio... FWIW, I'm a pretty big Wayne fan, but he's not better than Eminem. One bad album on Em's part isn't enough to flip-flop the two artists.
  5. I'm excited about this. These are four of my favorite artists so hopefully it meets my expectations. And this report is 100% true. Confirmed from sources close to both Wayne and Eminem.
  6. This was alright. It's a good song, but doesn't live up to the ceiling it has when you put Jay and Drake on the same track. Good news is that there's a few more collabs that are going to be released with the two. Hopefully those will be better. BP3 will be solid, but has been disappointing so far, IMO. "Reminder" is also just an okay track.
  7. Emeka. Can do everything Chandler can without nearly the health risk and more of an offensive game. CP3 completely made TC what he is. I'd be shocked if he puts up any season near his top in NO for the Bobcats unless Augustin develops very well very quickly.
  8. This is nice. Some nice tracks being released from the West Coast over the last few weeks. I heard Reincarnation from MC Ren yesterday and really liked it. Nice find.
  9. Drake, easily. Kid Cudi's songs sound like they were meant for 12 year olds to me.
  10. This must be a remix of the old song or something. This song is from the Hot Boys days and I think Tha Block Is Hot is even the name of the album from back in the day. So, this is either a remix to the song, or it's ancient. PS: I'm excited about the reunion though.
  11. I'm sorry, but no...not a chance in the world. I agree with you that our offense became way too dependent on the pick and roll 'crescent city' connection deal with CP3 and Tyson and the occasional kick out to the shooters, but that's about all I can agree with you on. I'm in agreement with the vast majority of the Hornets fans that think CP3 basically made Tyson what he has become. I don't think Tyson will see as good of production in the future as he has had with CP3. His offensive game consists of put-backs and alley-oop finishes. Nothing else. Yeah, he was good defensively, but Okafor isn't a downgrade either. I really like this trade for my Hornets, and I like the Diogu signing. I think it's a HUGE step in the right direction and it'll make us a decent bit better, but there's still a few question marks surrounding this squad that will need time and answers before I can say we'll hang with the big dogs in the West on a consistent basis. As someone pointed out, a good SG who can ease CP3's duties for a few plays per game by creating offensive for himself is something we need. There's a chance Marcus Thornton could be the answer. He can definitely score it, but how long it'll take for him to adjust to the NBA and whether or not Scott actually gives him decent minutes as a rookie is a huge question. I'm really satisfied with our off-season though. I look at Okafor as a small upgrade in talent over Tyson plus he can actually stay healthy. We needed someone that could rebound and bang around inside off of the bench and score a few points, and I think Diogu can do that. We needed a back-up point guard for CP3 that could actually run an efficient offense, and I think Collison is going to be able to step in almost immediately and fill that vacancy. We need a scoring two guard, and I think Thornton could develop to be that guy down the road. We've got CP3, West, and Okafor locked up for a decent amount of time, and the Hornets will have a few expiring contracts in Daniels, Peterson, and Peja all within the next two seasons, I believe, that can be used to free up cash and sign a good guard or packaged to bring that piece in. I feel a lot better about this team that I did just a few months ago.
  12. I agree with this. We all know that T-Pain is going to be the new king of pop and hip hop though. Joking.
  13. ?? Every Girl is the lead single for the new Young Money album, I believe. Sacrifice will also be on that album and was leaked a few days ago and was MUCH better than Every Girl. And Told Y'all is fairly recent and he goes much harder on that than this 'old' Million Dollar Baby. The dude still raps like this from time to time, but he also gets lost in the autotune awful crap from time to time as well. He's one of the best when he's on, but he's also very inconsistent b/c of the autotune deal.
  14. Ah, yeah, I think they just read it wrong. haha. Neither ESPN or NBA.com said anything about a first round pick heading anywhere.
  15. Charlotte is not sending a first-rounder. I'm sure you're referring to this quote: "It took a deal with tinkering Charlotte coach Larry Brown, who was willing to jettison the Bobcats' first draft pick." That's just saying that Okafor was the Bobcats first draft pick. They aren't sending a first rounder in this deal.
  16. I would think so too, but you never know especially after that deal with OKC involving Wilcox and Smith went dead after they weren't happy when TC's physical revealed something about his foot injury from a few years back that was supposedly healed.
  17. This deal is now official. Will be announced tomorrow. I posted the article and link to the Charlotte article in the Hornets board. I think Tyson is taking his physical tomorrow or something...which...in his case...this deal might not actually happen only because of that.
  18. This deal is done. Will be announced tomorrow. LINK I love this deal. I really liked Tyson and felt the pick and roll with him and Paul was so important to our offense, but getting a player that puts up slightly better numbers and is much less injury prone is a win. Still need some pieces though, and I would be surprised if this is all we are doing this off-season.
  19. Maybe Jadakiss, but that's it, tbh. :/
  20. RD, did you get my PM?

  22. 1) 1 summer league game doesn't tell the whole story. So many young players that play in the summer league play completely different than they do during the season simply because the mindset is to 'impress coach' instead of 'play within myself and do what it takes to win'. A lot of one on one basketball and a lot of experimenting for these players to work on new things against decent competition. 2) Yeah, he's a project, but he's got a ridiculous ceiling, and I'm sick of him being buried at the end of the bench in mop-up duties only. He's not going to get better by sitting the bench. Like I said, his offensive game is very inconsistent and he's trying to figure it all out, but he can provide us a ton of energy, good defense, and someone that can actually run with CP3 from time to time. The rest will come with playing time. 3) Rasual Butler is already in the starting line-up as our shooting guard, unless something drastic happens and Marcus Thornton takes that spot. Posey needs to stay on the bench. He's good, but he's aging. Let him stay at what he does best. I don't recall him being in Scott's doghouse last season. He just dealt with several nagging injuries throughout the season and really struggled with his rhythm because of it.
