Just did Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps + Ab Ripper X today, and damn I think I pulled something in my back doing some of the standing tricep poses... during those last couple reps I try to use my body for momentum and something just popped. Tomorrow's Plyo so I hope it won't slow me down too much.

Did Plyometrics today and it was pretty sweet. I was very comfortable with it today so i can't wait until i do it again. Also when i woke up this morning my chest was so sore i felt it. Im liking product so far it really pushing me where i want to be.

I had Plyo today too, it's still rough for me every time I do it. I get through it, but I'm always swamped afterward. I just look forward to the protein shake I always make myself when I'm done.

I used to do chest and tri's together but I recently changed to arms, chest and back all on separate days. I have been seeing much better results with this routine. Probably because your bi's/tri's are technically getting hit twice a week this way. Plus you get to focus more on your bigger muscles like your chest and back on those days. You should try it imo, it's working for me.
