I know there is another one but the guy who made it got banned haha.

Anyways, I just got a gym membership at a place called Workout Anytime. So far it's been great mainly because it's only 24/7 so I can go whenever. I'm trying to gain muscle and lose weight (like everyone else) .

Here's what my workout looks like(everything is for 3 sets of 10 unless state otherwise):

Day 1:

Chest:

Bench Press

Incline Press

Pullovers

Back:

Chin Ups

Bent over Rows

Power Training:

Deadlifts - 10, 6, 4

Day 2:

Shoulders:

Barbell Clean and Press

Dumbbell Lateral Raises

Power Training:

Heavy Upright Rows

Push Presses

Abdominals:

Reverse Crunches - 5 sets of 25

Upper Arms:

Standing Barbell Curls

Seated Barbells Curls

Standing Tricep Xt with Barbell

Close Grip Press

Forearms:

Wrist Curls

Reverse Wrist Curls

Day 3:

Thighs:

Squats

Lunges

Leg Curls

Calves:

Standing Calve Raises

Lower Back / Power Training:

Straight Leg Deadlift (RDL)

Good Mornings

Abs:

Crunches - 5 sets of 25

Then I do Cardio for 30-45 minutes, 3-5 times a week.

What is YOUR routine?

What supplements are you guys taking?

Right now I'm only using Isopure Whey Protein Isolate which is awesome. Love taking it but I'm looking for a good pre-workout supplement.

I used to take Cytogainer but had a bad reaction towards the end.

I don't take anything at the moment. Main reason being because I have no idea what is good and what's bad.

I just signed up for 24 Hour Fitness in Phoenix. I worked out alot last year than pretty much stopped for a year, for no reason at all. I was stupid but it's in the past.

I'm hoping to lose 35 lbs by September and a total of 70 lbs by January.

You should only be losing about .5 pounds per week, if you want a healthy loss.

I might look into that P90X [expletive].

I got a buddy who has been doing it for a while and he loves it. I've never tried it myself but I know it works after talking to him about it.

Ya my friend at work was telling me about it, he is gonna do it, he said his buddy stopped after just a month because he was already happy with the results lol.

Get him to burn a copy of it all for you.

My buddy went to a nutritionist a couple weeks back and she told him that you should be able to lose 2-3 lbs a week if you're doing it in a healthy way. I can lose 0.5 in a day, that doesn't seem much.

Too bad you're wrong, just like in the other thread where you said you were just being a troll. It's not unhealthy to lose more than .5 pounds in a week. . I'm doing P90x, and people lose 20+ pounds in a month, and they are perfectly healthy, and in better shape than most people, so your information is not credible.

I lost 13lbs during May by just eating at better times and working. I had a nice schedule going before I started working again so if I can modify so I can workout enough and still have enough energy for work I'll continue to lose the weight I gained over the winter.
