So Cleveland gets the first overall pick with a 2.8% chance the year after losing LeBron and people don't think this is rigged? I wouldn't have any problems with this should it have been Cleveland's own pick, but of course it is the Clipper pick that moves up which also leaves them with a top 4 pick as well.
