Not sure what to make of these rumors of the Texans signing Asomugha, some say we're going to dig deep in our pockets to get him and others say we will pass up on him.

I would like Asomugha on the Texans but if we have to dig deep in our pockets and sign him to a big contract like the Skins did with Haynesworth I would rather just pass and get someone else. I can see the Texans getting someone like Gerald Sensabaugh who knows how to play the 3-4 and who has experience with Wade Phillips.

The Newark Star-Ledger confirms the Jets have "reached out" to free agent Nnamdi Asomugha.

This comes on the heels of an earlier report from ESPN's Adam Schefter that the Jets plan to "make a run at" Asomugha to pair him with Darrelle Revis. Multiple reports suggest Asomugha is willing to leave money on the table to sign with playoff contender, and Rex Ryan's squad fits the bill. Asomugha also has designs on an acting career, which may give the Jets yet another edge

Cofield to Washington, nooooooooooooooooooooooo

Didn't think he'd come back to the Giants, but definitely wanted to root for him elsewhere. Now I'm screwed.

You think he can be a starter in the 3-4? I'm happy with the signing, just been skeptical as to how he fits our defense. Love the fact that he's a hard worker, durable, and plays with a great motor.
