Get rid of Swisher, get younger, contact hitter in RF. A guy who can hit 15-20 HRs but who can hit .300. Enough with the power hitters that hit .230-.250. We can live with 1 or 2 of those guys, but you can't build your team around them. I like Gardner off the bench. Don't think he's a starting OF on a WS caliber team. At what point does it stop being a message and start being more about trying to find a hot hand?Then why didn't he say that lol, either one is silly to me, you don't bench a top hitter on your team and a good glove because he's cold, move him up or down the lineup...
