  1. Evans would be terrific. Knicks need someone with some weight/strength down low who can rebound. Foye would also be awesome at the 2. He'd definitely start. I'll pass on Lewis though. That guy is a loser I know it's a few days past the draft but I haven't been on in about two days. I am livid we passed on Darius Johnson Odom. I really am. I know this guy from Greece doesn't add to our salary cap situation for now, and supposedly he has some potential, but I just really am a fan of drafting a guy in the 2nd round who can come in and possibly contribute right away off the bench. You look at a guy like Landry Fields, and I see a lot of that type of scrappy, 4 year college vet in Darius Johnson Odom. I thought he would've been a terrific guard off the bench behind Lin/Fields/Smith/Shumpert etc. this year for 10-15 MPG even.
  2. Thanks man. I wasn't on the last few days. Just saw this. Worked outside for a 10 hour shift in 106degrees on Friday, and then Saturday for 6 hours in 104. Also today was 99 and humid as hell and I worked 5 hours. Thank God I have a few days off.
  3. Teague's better than Lamb. I would've liked to see CHI go Tyshawn Taylor, and play him some at the 2
  4. lol @ the heat n pacers passing up on pjIII
  5. Yeah, I don't really like that pick for Philadelphia. I was thinking Thaddeus Young when watching those highlights. Thought they could've used some backcourt help, or depth on their frontline.
  6. I do like what the Rockets did though..don't sleep on them next year.
  7. The draft is aight. If it ain't your team, you don't really give a [expletive] tho lol
  8. it's real good, like the use of the logo, lights and grass. my only problem with it is the font you used for eagles wideout...i think it could be a smoother font like an arial or something that flows better with the djax but other than it nice boy
  9. Royce White - a great pick. He's a poor man's LeBron.
  10. Wow. My mock draft is awful. Surprised CHA went MKG...I thought Beal might be a better fit. But, I know MKG is gonna play hard and I look forward to watching him play. Can't believe Waiters went so high...I think that says more about Harrison Barnes than anyone...
  11. it's sick. although the new uploaded made it better, i still think you should use the sharpen tool near the render to really make the effects stand out more. otherwise it's nice!
  12. I'm interested to see who the Knicks grab late in the 2nd round. I think you could get some value there. I'd be ecstatic if they could nab Darius Johnson-Odom. One of the more underrated players in the draft IMO Also very interested to see what Charlotte does. I think they should trade back. But if they don't, I see them taking Bradley Beal.
  13. Yeah. Except, I think even Monroe is slightly overrated, because he's not a good you can truly build around. He's a nice guy to have though, and he'd be an excellent 2nd option, but he's not a number one-go-to-guy from what I've seen.
  14. I pretty much agree with this. Harden was piss poor in the NBA Finals, as was Ibaka, but the thing with Beal is, you're going to probably have to wait a few years before he ever reaches the level James Harden is at right now (if he ever gets to that, which, I think he will). By then, who knows what will be going on with Durant, Westbrook, and the entire roster around them. You can't trade Harden yet for an unproven guy with a lot of potential like Beal. At least you know what you have in Harden, and that's a very good third option, and would be a good second option on most NBA rosters. If you trade Harden for Beal, you essentially jeopardize your chance at making a Championship run.
  15. What's wrong with Rudy Gay? He's pretty nasty. And if you rather have prime Shane Battier than Rudy Gay, you're off your rocker.
  16. The Bobcats trade the #2 pick to Houston for Kyle Lowery. Kidding.
  17. played basketball at the ymca i belong to tonight, and i was playing pretty well, i went up for a layup and some dude came outta nowhere like 6'4" 210 lbs and nailed my thumb against the bottom of the backboard. it hurt at first, but i was more concerned and pissed that he blocked my shot. 5 minutes later, looked down and my entire thumb is covered in blood. i was like WTF...lol it doesn't even hurt, and never really did hurt, but i'm just not sure how it started bleeding in the first place. like he pushed my thumb against the bottom of the backboard, but it like he didn't 'cut' me, it was bleeding from under my nail... oh well i guess
  18. He's not that bad...he gets a bad wrap for the most part as far as his personality, attitude, etc. I've never heard of any teammate complaining about him and he played hard every game last season for us.
  19. Robinson is the most underrated prospect in the lottery... Blows my mind people continue to talk (outside of Davis) about Beal, Barnes, MKG, etc. but it seems no one discusses Robinson. I was watching that ESPN FIrst Take "Draft Special" with Bayless, Ford, and Stephen A. They never talked about Robinson in the entire hour! SMH, they sleepin on my boy!
  20. Can't believe Amar'e took the time to DM that fan and say that, lol. I don't even blame Amar'e cuz [expletive]as be coming at him from all different angles. But at the same time, it's like dude, you must get 100's of those a week man, chill
  21. Yeah...I agree. I think if we could make a deal to get into the late first round, that'd be awesome. That'd be great...but it'd obviously be for a second rounder. Don't believe a team is stupid enough to acquire him for a #1. Fields is a major problem on this team. He's an average defensive player (somewhat slow for the 2 position, although he does have size), and he's just an awful shooter and foul shooter. He's really probably one of the worst starting two guard's in the NBA. Lol. I like the guy, cool personality, and classy guy who will play hard but he just isn't a very good basketball player. Off the bench he could add some size and depth, but as a starter, it's a major problem IMO.
  22. And it's not going to happen in Houston with that roster, either. He'd need another star or two around him to be able to ever even discuss championship.
