That was awful. Just a terrible third period from the Rangers. They had that good 15 minutes in the 2nd period, but outside of that, they really didn't play well.

Well, we ordered it right off the TV. It's called the 'Sports Pass' for 5.95/permonth. It's alright. They have some other decent programming, such as Mike Francesa in the afternoon which I like to put on in the background. Lol. How much is the extra innings? Might have to get it but I assume it's expensive. Especially considering I have no interest in watching baseball outside of the Yankees.

Ok...I just moved and we wanted to watch the Yankees... So my Dad and I bought the YES network on Time Warner Cable (Raleigh, NC), and we get every program but the game on the YES network? Are the Yankees not on YES tonight? Lol wtf. They show you the post game show, but not the game?? Anyone know whats up? Do you not get the game even though we ordered the YES network?

What a sloppy all around game. Heat are totally built to have Bosh be a major contributor (obviously), so his absence was huge tonight. Wade was missing open jumpers and LeBron really didn't have it going. Bosh could've been a major factor. I don't think they can win it all without Bosh. People overlook him a lot because he isn't Wade and he's not Lebron. But Bosh is a damn good player and huge for Miami's success.

I don't 'blame' them for doing it, I understand the logic behind it...but a strong franchise and fan base never has to do that. I can't picture the Knicks, Giants, Yankees, or Rangers ever doing that. Lolz. Just funny to me that no matter how much the Devils have won in the past 15 years, they still can't outshine the Rangers!

Yeah, I hear you. The Rangers made Holtby look great. He barely ever had to face, what you just said, sustained pressure. Rangers offense has to be better I believe to beat the Devils IMO.

What a series Caps-Rangers was. Washington was good enough to win it all IMO. Rangers were very fortunate to survive to extremely tough and talented teams in Ottawa and Washington. Devils will be a tough test. I expect it to be a long series. It may come down to the goaltender's play, and even though Brodeur, is what, 40? It won't be easy for Lundqvist to outplay him. Looking forward to it!

finally completed my move to north carolina... took 9 hours to get there today, just a brutal drive (we were going 65 mph the entire time since i was following my Dad in the Penske truck, and we stopped multiple times). Then we get there, and I locked us out of the house! all the doors were locked but the back, and we opened the back, went in, put some stuff in. then it started to rain so i shut the door, and it was locked! the only way we could get in was thru the garage, but my dad had his car at the airport, so we had to go there get the car at the airport (cuz he flew back to NJ...he was already living down here).. my mom had to wait outside the house for an hour and a half til we get to the durham airport and back lmfao!! so yeah just a very long day whats been good OTR..looks like ive missed some good basketball game (pacers/heat gm 1, clippers/grizz gm 7, and nuggets/lakers gm 7 last night)

I agree with a lot of the points you make. NHL playoffs are just as exciting as anything else (although, I believe that's just as much because of the sport itself as opposed to the league)... I also think you forgot to add though that the parity is partly due to the sport. Sure the better teams win more often, but hockey is suited for upsets as well man. It's a weird game. A lot of it seems very lucky, and how pucks bounce, etc. A lot of teams can win games off that but be outplayed for most of the game but get a nice bounce, or the other team clanks the post, etc. You get what I mean. NHL playoffs you can easily make an argument are the best playoffs, and I would not disagree a bit. I've been loving it this year.

Robertson isn't Rivera and I'm sure never will be and you can't expect that. we just hope to get some type of consistency out of him, which i think we will. he's a damn good pitcher. the biggest problem with the yankees (although i don't follow baseball as closely as the other sports ) is their starting pitching. it's just pretty terrible overall. i'm definitely hoping andy can fix that.
