rondo is amazing simple as that. boston goes as he goes! on the other hand, miami looks awful. I still think they win this series though.

Arash Markazi: I predict Chris Paul Will Leave
JYD replied to Sħãlïq™'s topic in Los Angeles Clippers Team Forum
Chris Paul can't go to the Knicks, unless he's signing for like 2 mliion a year, which he will not do. -
NBA Executives feel the NBA Draft was rigged
JYD replied to magicbalala245's topic in General NBA Discussion
I totally disagree. Although my idea of giving the worst team the number one pick may be flawed, and I actually agree, it really pretty much is, the one proposed that you heard of is just an awful idea. A team like Charlotte clearly needs the best player they can get, they are abysmal. Why continue killing their fan base and organization? Like ECN said, they are THAT bad, and in a league [and sport really] where one player makes such an impact, it's ridiculous if you gave, let's say, the Bucks the number one pick this season... -

NBA Executives feel the NBA Draft was rigged
JYD replied to magicbalala245's topic in General NBA Discussion
This brings me back to my original point...The lottery is so stupid though in general. It brings questions such as this into play...Just avoid it and give the top pick to the worst team. -
GM3: San Antonio at Oklahoma City
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
this has been a bore for the most part. thunder are just playing a great game and the spurs have been awful. game 4 should be great though -
Shouldn't OKC switch up the lineup?
JYD replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
Ding Ding Ding...I agree completely. The bolded part states it perfectly. Westbrook-Harden-Sefolosha-Durant-Ibaka is the best lineup for OKC I believe in this particular series. -
NBA Executives feel the NBA Draft was rigged
JYD replied to magicbalala245's topic in General NBA Discussion
Idk if it's rigged though. It was ironic and shit but why would the NBA rig it so New Orleans gets Davis? Not like some huge market in N.O. or something. Having the Hornets have a star or be a competitive team is not imperative to the NBA's success. -
lol we all predicted this.... too funny.. lottery is a joke. team with worst record should get #1 pick. teams still tank anyway
-
great game would've like to see boston win but rondo had a great game which was fun to see

Series isn't over, but it will be very difficult for OKC to come back now. I don't see San Antonio folding on a two game lead, despite them being at home. I expect them to win one in OKC.
-
8 months or 8 weeks? lol
-
yeah. big game for both teams. it'd be hard for OKC to come back down 0-2 even though they are still going back home. i think OKC gotta get this one

Clippers Pick up Del Negro's Option
JYD replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Los Angeles Clippers Team Forum
I would assume this decision was based on somewhat of the player's desires. In a league where the superstar determines the coaches fate (See: Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony), if the rumblings that CP3 wasn't a fan of Del Negro are true, I'm really surprised by this move. -
Lakers Insiders: Pau wants to be a Bull
JYD replied to magicbalala245's topic in Chicago Bulls Team Forum
No way I could see that happening. Don't think L.A. really wants Boozer, and I don't see Chicago giving up Deng/Noah for Gasol who's aging. -
lol yeah...sometimes you forget what memorial day is all about

I just saw this today, not sure where the hell I've been but I missed this. I tried to contribute mostly in the best way I could here over the past few years. I've been here on and off under different names/accounts/etc. almost since this place opened, really. I've enjoyed my time on here and definitely thought this was one of the better communtiies I've been apart of. This is the only forum I've been on the past two years or so because it's really the only one that I like how it's run. RD did a great job salute to you brother but I agree it's not worth your time/money anymore. Even though I'll miss it for basketball news and general discussion, it doesn't get enough activity to warrant your type of dedication. It's not fair to you anymore.

Well, Melo played that one year in College which did a lot for his game and confidence I'm sure considering he went on to carry 'Cuse to the title. LeBron's always been the better player. It's mostly because of his ability to make everyone around him better. Carmelo doesn't do that. Carmelo is great at what he does but he's not a great all-around player.
