  1. If you look at the Knicks next 10 games, leading up the All-Star Break... @ Philly Vs. Atlanta Vs. Orlando Vs. Detroit @ Washington @ Minnesota Vs. LA Clippers Vs. Toronto There's no reason why you can't look ahead and say they should win 8 of those games. I realize it's the regular season and they could easily slip in a game or two against one of these lesser opponents, but if they could go 8-2 leading up to the All-Star break that'd put them in great position to get the 2 seed at the end of the season.
  2. the two shots he took he usually makes. good looks. he is fine for 5-10 mpg to give tyson some rest. he's not going to lose you the game.
  3. you gave him something like 13 million dollars and like a 4 year contract i think he'll be there thru next season. d'antoni is the best salesman i've ever seen.
  4. at one point in the first half he was our best player. this was really a team win though. all around good game from pretty much everyone. tyson was huge on the boards and defensively, amar'e was real efficient (he played and meshed well...exactly how I envision his role off the bench). JR was really good on the boards and defensively as well. And Melo was Melo in the 2nd half. Gave us the offensive lift we needed! Prigoni also was surprisingly good. I was surprised at how little he played actually, thought Woodson could've rode him a bit more. Novak has really been phased out since Felton went down with an injury. enough of my rant. i'm super pumped cuz my boy JR smith with the clutch shot baby
  5. yeah good article. pretty much sums up why the knicks have been so awful the past few weeks. the national media is clueless too. listening to these fools saying the knicks "are an old team that has come back down to earth. they just aren't very good" is so frustrating.......
  6. You don't think Russell Wilson is better than Cam Newton? Cam's one of my favorite NFL players, but I think it'd be crazy not to think that Wilson is better (and would be far more valuable when it comes to maturity, leadership, poise, etc.)
  7. My list: 1. Luck 2. Wilson 3. RG3 That's my top three in that order - I think Luck is going to be the most consistent, going to injured the least, and is the smartest of the three. I think you have your best chance to win long term with Luck. Wilson looked great this year, way better than expectations, and I love his game too...my only problem with him is he does get out of the pocket a bit more than Luck so it could lead to future injuries...otherwise the guy is pretty much terrific and I really can't knock him at all RG3 is awesome, fun to watch, everything you want in a top draft pick. My only problem is he's going to get hurt. and frequently. unless he completely amends the way he plays, I seriously doubt he'll play a complete 16 game season, and for me, I can't take a guy over the other two when I know his playing style is likely to end up getting him injured...not at the qb position.
  8. Sums it up well... I go back and forth on the trading of Howard. I think ultimately it's too early to give in on the entire experiment because I'm not sure who the Lakers would be able to get in return and where they would go from here. Colin Cowherd was just making a case for trading D12 earlier in his show, but then he had Kurt Rambis on and I agree with him (and I think where Real Deal is coming from) -- D'Antoni has to adjust his system to fit this particular roster that includes several post up players, and an overall slower team. If D'Antoni fails to change, the Lakers will continue to fail. If he amends his system to run it more through Dwight and less through Nash, they should be far more efficient. But defensively, I'm not sure where they go from here. Are they too old/slow to compete with the OKC's and LAC's from a defensive standpoint? I think it's fair to come to that judgment. But, they also have Dwight who should be anchoring the paint far more than he has this season, and Kobe's defense (don't watch every game to be fair) has been mediocre at best. I just think it's interesting because if D'Antoni continues not to change his system, and make a serious commitment to his team playing defense, does he get fired, or do they trade Gasol, Howard, or both? Very interesting breaking it down and hearing all the different sides to it ... I'm kind of in the middle, I could see LAL going in several different directions and having a hard time disagreeing.
  9. Obviously everyone on the forum can participate in the discussion, but I was just wondering specifically what Laker fans think. Should they trade D12 right now? Yes. No. Wait right up until the deadline to see if they are in/out of playoff picture. Discuss.
  10. i'm not mad. your argument is ridiculous. we get it - you can kill people other ways than using a gun....
  11. i am a student at nc state and work at a local country club like 20 hours a week during the semester and then like 35-45 during the summer.
  12. Definitely agree. Would love to be able to play Camby or Sheed with Amar'e to get some reb/defense... Although, why not try Kurt Thomas in that role? Give him a look...
  13. smh! Knicks easily could've won this game if they could've made some damn shots in that first half. The 3rd quarter was great, but only being able to play Shumpert very little was really tough. Also, Shump should've been on JJ on the last play, and Smith definitely should've been more physical with a foul to give. It's fine though. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. They should get Felton back at the end of this week, or early next week...although, I will admit, the Knicks definitely could use a win in Boston to shut those clowns up.
  14. A lot easier to dodge an SUV than an AR-15 you [expletive]ing moron.
  15. How are you about to discredit Jordan like that? Lmfao. You are too funny goon status
  16. I'm just wondering, did you ever see Michael Jordan play?
  17. I don't forsee Camby or Sheed playing for a really long time. Sheed if ever obviously. But, I don't really even think it's that big of a deal. We have Amar'e coming off the bench who can play some center, and don't forget about Kurt Thomas ... if you play him 10 MPG he's really not a bad option at all.
  18. the conservative douchebag tiger woods lmfao
  19. having shump back was great. he didn't even look like he had any rust. besides a few minor hiccups during the game the Knicks had a complete effort.Solid defensively, mostly efficient/good shots, and amar'e definitely played better. even with sheed/camby/felton out knicks definitely did look like a deep team today.
  20. Because when we are equipping our mass murders better than any other nation, don't we have to look out for the welfare of our citizens (most importantly children)? That's why I'm the one to tell you you don't need an AR-15.
  21. lol wtf? This shit is all over my twitter feed. So, I read the article, but I really am not that familiar with the story in the past...let me get this straight: This girlfriend he supposedly had and passed away, never existed...at all? And he confirmed he dated 'this girl?'
