Yo to FLASH or anyone who has the album, can you PM me a link? I'm interested to hear the project even though I'm sure I won't be a fan. Don't like to hate on things I haven't listened to!! Trying to go in with an open mind cuz I think Kid Cudi is a talented artist.

The Lakers are the most active team in trade talks
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I just can't see Boston trading with the Lakers. And the trade doesn't make sense for Boston (the one I've heard that'd send Rondo to LA and Pau to BOS). -
Well put. I was thinking along those lines too. I know Nash is Canadian, but outside of that, it doesn't really make sense for either side IMO.

Brandon Roy wants to return to basketball
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Haha. If he could get healthy again, he could be a nice backup to Kobe in LA...He could come in and give quality minutes. -
I think it's a good move, but unless he's the second coming of Jeremy Lin's "Linsanity" run, I don't see them making the playoffs. I think it was a good move because it's a low risk, high reward transaction. NJ should be able to give him some minutes and give him a fair chance.

Former all-star players retiring after this season?
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in General NBA Discussion
I think Kidd & Grant Hill retire after this season. As for Nash, I think he's going to stay in PHX. -
Brandon Roy wants to return to basketball
JYD replied to Real Deal's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
We all knew he'd continue to try and get back on the court in the NBA. When you were that good for your entire life, and you have major injuries such as Roy, you're going to want to try to get back and play. No one wants to quit when they feel they still have much to accomplish. I hope Roy makes a full comeback. I've always liked his game, so smooth. Such a shame what happened to him. -
I used to be the biggest Cudi fan out there, went to his concert two years ago and it was pretty sick.....Loved his mixtape "A Kid Named Cudi" and MOTM was a real good debut album. MOTM2 was subpar for me, and he's been down hill ever since. I just loved Cudi's flow on joints like this Just so disappointing the direction he's taken with his music.

Why would Toronto sign Steve Nash? The guy is 38 and they are far from a contender. Continue to build your team through youth and don't throw $ at someone who is only going to play another year or two.

Hey Knicks fans..remember Michael Sweetney??
JYD replied to Flash's topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
Or you could look at it as them keeping them in business. The good ole sweetner...talk about no swag lol -
He's that dude though!!!

Sports Gambling is retarded. As Lkr said, easy way to lose all your cash.

Lebron and the heat I guess i'm in the minority but Wade's one of my fav players
-
Pretty much agree. Bynum is a terrific young player, but there are very very few Howard's that come along. I would do this deal in a heartbeat if I'm both teams...
-
Game was lame as a basketball fan of course, I guess it was cool they decided to play some D in the final few minutes to make it a game. Leave it to LeBron for the turnover at the end. Smh.
-
The stars won't ever participate, sadly. It's not worth getting hurt. And their teams would probably not even let them.
-
Probably OKC. People really seem to get into there and get loud. When MSG is rocking though...pretty cool. Wouldn't say it's the loudest but being in NYC and history and everything, definitely has to be an awesome arena to play in....With this entire Lin thing, you definitely got the feeling the "magic" was back in the Garden. Definitely nice to see
-
man that contest was wack tho...I wish Shump was in it
-
No, he's never going to be better. Why do you think Bynum will improve that much? He's already putting up good stats. Unless he's going to gain about 30-40 LBS in muscle and look like DH12, he's not going to be a better player. Lol.
-
You won't win another Championship in the Kobe era unless you get DH12, you know that, right? Gasol is on the decline, Kobe has a good two years left before he starts to decline (barring any major injury), and Bynum will not carry you to a ring. He can absolutely be a major piece, though, but if you plugged DH12 in for Bynum right away, this team can ascend right to the NBA Finals THIS season.

Josh Hamilton "I Don't Owe The Rangers Anything"
JYD replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Baseball Forum
Lol U know I'm hating cuz ur a Republican! -
That's what I thought...
-
Was interested to see what your take on that was. I pretty much agree. I think Bynum is a terrific young player (and at times overlooked by non-Laker fans) ... But to say he's better than DH12, I give you: http://nerissairving.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/son.jpg

Uhh What? I'm sorry, just not buying the Bynum is better than Howard thing. Bynum is a terrific young player, Howard is an incredible game changer. Especially on the defensive end. Howard is a far more dominating player. I like Bynum a lot, would love to build a team around him, but Howard is the better player, plus doesn't have the injury history (which, to be fair, you can not just ignore).

Bynum is a great player, and Gasol has been a great player for LAL, But I'd do that deal in a heart beat if I'm both teams, really.
