  1. Oh do you mean this Santonio Holmes? http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/1343/holmes.png
  2. It wasn't that predictable of an upset. Golden state had Dallas's number in the regular season and it was clear the team didn't match up well with them and Don Nelson knew how to own Avery Johnson clearly outcoaching the guy that succeeded him in Dallas. The same thing happened to Dallas that happened to them the year before. They got owned by a combo guard that they couldn't guard. And I like how whenever the Mavs lose it's always "Dirk choking", but when they win he doesn't get any credit. So did Dirk choke against the Nuggets too this year in which he averaged 34.4 PPG, 11.6 RPG, 4.0 APG on 54% shooting?
  3. What a [expletive], we could give him more in the sign and trade and he'd at least let us get something in return. He is getting booed
  4. Oh the Red Sox have a lot of bandwagoners too. Where did I say otherwise? They don't have as many as the Yankees though and the fans from Boston are huge fans, one of the best in sports. This is about Yankees and Met's fans though so I don't see why your bringing up the Sox fans.
  5. http://www.philly.com/dailynews/sports/20090724_Sixers_withdraw_offer_to_Andre_Miller__Theo_Ratliff_signs_1-year_deal_with_Spurs.html Well looks like there's no chance of him coming back now. I'm still hoping for a sign and trade with Portland for Steve Blake. Doesn't look like he's going to NY either since they are in talks with Ramon Sessions. Article also says the Sixers are watching Troy Hudson work out as well as expressing great interest in former GS guard CJ Watson. Damn Stefanski has to get loooking at some impact players.
  6. Never said he sucked. It's just a joke to put Helton in a class with Ruth, Gehrig, etc. He isn't even in a league with the best stars of today's game. Guys like Pujols and A-Rod win SilverSluggers, Gold Gloves, MVPs. and dominate no matter what park they play in. You can't say the same about "Todd Helton" lmao
  7. December 2008 1,115 videos watched I have another account too August 2006 4,023 videos watched
  8. Bynum averaged 6 PPG and 3 RPG in the playoffs kingfish. The guy hasn't proven he can play consistant basketball for a timeframe longer than a week. Gasol is good, but not as good as Dwight or KG. Perkins is better than Bynum as well. There's no way the Lakers frontcourt is better than the Celtics or Magic.
  9. LOL OWNED!!!! That is a huge difference wow. I had no idea the park had that much of an impact. Putting Helton in a class of players like that is absolute horse [expletive]. Isn't even batting .300 in his career on the road.
  10. I always believed that the 3 spot was included in the frontcourt definition wise? I think Bench players should be taken into consideration as well. Boston's is probably the best in the league with KG, Perkins, Sheed, and then Big Baby/Leon Powe if they decide to bring those guys back. Orlando will be beastly with Howard/Gortat/Bass/Shard. The best is between those two teams. If your including the 3 spot as well Cleveland has got to be in there as well.
  11. http://img197.imageshack.us/img197/7267/retardontheloose.jpg How many times do you see a guy preserve a perfect game by catching that HR ball AND in the 9th inning? It was a great play in the circumstances and truly capped off a historic day. Appreciate what happened today
  12. Man it's good to see Sammy working on his game. Out of all the guys who would be at that voluntary(I'm assuming) practice Sammy would be the last guy I'd guess would be there. Jason Smith looking good too, can't wait to see him back.
  13. So I guess because Dirk missed one free throw he's a choker. The guy shoots 90.1% in the regular season and 89.5% in the playoffs, and 89.1% in that individual series. Obviously you can't make every free throw, but Dirk comes closer to that than almost anyone. Wade missed a lot of free throws in that series too. He could've put the game away against the Mavericks in one of those games, but he missed both FT's giving them a chance to come back and tie. Had Dallas capitalized on that would Wade be labeled a choker? Wade made 78.3% of his foul shots in the regular season that year, 80.8% in the playoffs, and 77.3% in the series. He has a similar trend to Nowitzki, but he's just not as skilled. Noone calls him a choker though for missing foul shots. How many clutch foul shots do you recall KG taking during Boston's title run? Pierce was the one who was at the line taking those shots. Unfortunately Dirk doesn't have guys like Allen and Pierce on his team so he has to carry the team by himself. Something KG doesn't and is incapable of doing.
  14. It's not that, it's that the reason they are fans is because the Yankees have the richest history and are usually among the best teams year after year. That's why their bandwagoners and it's the case for almost every Yankee fan not in the NY area.
  15. Because the Red Sox have won both of theirs in recent years and have been a superior team to the Yankees in the present and past few years. I think Yankees fans are worse since a lot of them are clueless about baseball and just blow their load because they have the best history in the game. "Oh we have 26 titles so we're the best!" Their like Cowboys fans sucking the titles won in the 90's dick when their team hasn't done [expletive] in recent years. A lot of them arn't even from New York and the ones that are got to be so annoying anyway. Frontrunners. At least the Mets fans have the courage to stick to rooting for their crappy team despite pulling the ultimate chokejob.

  17. lol someones mad the Red Sox own his [expletive]ty team. lol @ evening the pay roll
  18. I hope Lamar goes to Miami to the MLE. I don't wanna give the Lakers anything.
  19. I'm going to pick Soccer, I enjoy watching the Phillies , but soccer seems like a more appealing sport to me. I played it for a large majority of my youth and it's definetly more fun to play. I think if we were exposed to the european leagues more often more people would like the spot, because let's face it the MLS sucks. In Europe the soccer atmosphere is insane and it gets really intense. To people who think it's boring other than the goals think of hockey. Is hockey boring other than the goals? No. lol soccer isn't 3 hours long. Obviously you havn't even watched a game to know how many minutes are in it. Why am I going to listen to someones opinion who's never even watched the sport? Hey fatty, post a pic for proof or stfu Im sure we got ourselves Brad Pitt over there right? Arn't you the 5'5 white kid that looks asian?
  20. - Mike Richards (Flyers) - Brodeur (Devils) - Crosby (Penguins) - Iginla (Flames) Then all the dudes on Detroit that have been there forever like Zetterberg, Datsyuk, etc. Richards is an awesome leader and Iginla is probably the best Captain in the league. That guy Kane on Chicago could possible be there for a long long time. I see Malkin eventually leaving to lead his own team like others have said. Ovechkin is an attention whore so I don't see him staying with one team his entire career.
  21. I am very interested to see which sport is more popular on this site.
  22. Man I hate being sick, especially in the summer I've been on the computer/watching tv just coughing my braings and this nasty mucus stuff out since like Tuesday and it blows man. I really hate the doctor, but I'm considering calling them today... I don't get sick often, but whenever I do it's pretty bad and it's ALWAYS this mucus crap. It's disgusting.

  24. lmao @ Slaven Go for it though, if your sitting behind home plate that'll be a really cool experience and you probably won't have too many oppurtunities to do that and the price is really good for that. Make sure to wear your Phillies hat.
