I was wondering the same thing, but we haven't heard about the Yankees' interest in Soria at this point, so I don't know what they have in mind. I'd expect us to bring him over as a setup man and eventually our closer, because I don't think it's a good idea to give up prospects in exchange for someone whose role you want to change, especially when the Yanks have the option of doing something similar with Chamberlain.

Man, Cousins has gotten into trouble multiple times. On separate occasions, he has been kicked out of practice, fined, and fined and benched. I wonder how bitter he would be about the Nets "not drafting the better big man" if he realized that he would be in the D-League right now.

He wasn't trying to take a shot at Memphis. All he was saying was that he wished he had spent more than the first day of free agency to explore all options. He specifically said that he is happy with the situation.

Coming into the game, Jersey was 1-19 when Harris scores less than 21. He put up 12 tonight. Plenty of other good signs. Lopez did an excellent job defensively and the team as a whole was great on the defensive end. Vujacic was a spark off the bench for the second straight game.
