I'm brown, but the top looks flat out disgusting.

 

Throw some chicken in there, with some chana and naan, and that's what I call a first class meal.

 

Or better yet...

 

BUTTER. CHICKEN.

I remember seeing a few posts before about proper working out for weight gaining but I can't find it.

 

What's probably the most important thing to take into account when working out on a weight gaining work out, other than the obvious of eating healthy. Would it be better for me to lift heavier with 8-10 reps?

If you want to gain weight? (muscle I guess) Then you want to lift heavier weights, so you should aim for a high weight with 6-10 times maybe like 10-8-6, if you can get ,more reps go for it. If you are looking to burn fat and tone up you want to start light and go something like 15-12-10-8, both of these exerciser should kick your ass if you're lifting the proper weight.

Working on about an hour and a half of sleep right now. Studied till about 3:30 last night, went to bed and woke up at 5 to go play basketball at 6. Now I have to wash my car and my moms car in the nice Miami heat. Hopefully I'll be done by 10 or 11 so I can get a few hours of sleep back.

Dude, I just had a Human Bio final. I told myself I needed to study, but at the end of the day, I did not study at all and winged it. I have gotten A's and B's on my other three finals. Now I need to get above a 95 on the psych test on Friday to finish with a B.

 

I could easily have an A in psych, but I was an idiot and waited for the last month to do my experiments so I was only able to do 3 out of 4 and missed out on the 50 point extra credit. I also missed a quiz so I lost 20 points, other than that, I am golden lol.

 

On the topic of weight lifting...it depends on your body type. A guy like Rajon Rondo will never have the body of Dwyane Wade. So to gain muscle just lift heavy, and do 8-10 reps. I have been doing it for 3 months and I came to realize my body type won't make me look like a beast. I have the body of a soccer player.
