With how well the Bucks are playing and how tough the Bulls' future schedule will be, 6th seed doesn't seem too hard to get. I am not saying the Raptors should lose on purpose or anything, but 6th seed does seem like a likely result.

I would keep Melo and Westbrook. As for Chandler, try and explore other trade options, J.R might be able to help you at times but he is a bit too inconsistent with his 3's.

I am thinking those offers were probably just to take advantage of Nets' disaster season and are probably just salary dumps. No team is going to be stupid enough to offer a borderline all star to one of the worst teams in the history.

I guess they drafted him that high because they didn't want another PG to fight for minutes with Conley. Still, I predict a bright future for this guy, just need a bit of time.
