  1. Raymond Felton with a bone bruise on his left-hand. Had an MRI, x-ray's were negative. He is listed Day To Day.
  2. I think it was 21-6 at one point in that 1st, actually. It really was a joke. That's kind of how the game went though. Knicks were not consistently efficient. They had spurts where they were terrific, would build a solid 15-20 point lead, and then not make a FG for 3 or 4 straight minutes. I can't believe Copeland didn't see the court in the 2nd half. I've seen enough of Kurt Thomas. I don't mind him starting the game, but why did he play like 3 minutes in the 3rd quarter? That time should've went to Copeland with how well he was playing. Still a nice win (although the Suns are pretty much awful)...Knicks have been playing an easy schedule as of late, but they are taking advantage of it...like I've said, in the past these are games the Knicks would lose every now and then...Should get another win in Charlotte, and then it's onto the showdown with the Heat.
  3. Damn man I heard about this and i was like could u imagine being pioli or crennel watching this take place? Idk if the game should be postponed or not, but it's a really sad and crazy situation.
  4. Gasol isn't a bad defender either, underrated in many aspects, really IMO I can't judge LA until they have Nash back...I really can't. I realize the dude is 39 or whatever, but you can't tell me he won't make a major impact on the offensive side of the ball man.
  5. Easy win, obviously. Washington is horrendous. Sorry, but Beal is completely unimpressive. But, it's hard to judge this team without John Wall. As for the Knicks, they had another good night...especially Prigoni and JR Smith. Those two were fantastic all night. Melo played a nice all around game, he had a good amount of assists, not sure on the exact number though. Looking ahead, they should beat PHX on Sunday and CHA on Wednesday...and then the showdown with Miami. Definitely will be fun!
  6. I understand why Stern would be upset, I think we all do. But should he have the right to fine/give penalties for a Coach deciding which players he's going to play? What if Duncan, Parker, Ginoboli, and Green were playing poorly and carelessly, and Popovich wanted to send a message? Would Stern fine him then? I think it's a ridiculous proposition to have the NBA commissioner telling you who you can/can't play and in which games. That's what a Head Coach is for. Sorry game 15 is not going to be as important as game 85 for San Antonio.
  7. All of this is true - the direction I'm coming from though, is Amar'e going to embrace a role where he most likely won't be on the court in the final few minutes in a playoff game? If he really can't work with Chandler and Melo offensively, he certainly isn't out there for his defense. So I'm just saying we'll see how he reacts when we are playing, let's say Miami, and in game 6 of the playoffs in a tied game with 2:30 to play he's riding the pine.
  8. Eh. It's irrelevant IMO. It's all about where he ENDS the game. Last 5 minutes, tied game, is it a lineup that features Tyson, STAT, and Melo? Or is it a lineup that has Melo at the 4, and Amar'e on the bench?
  9. He's a good player don't get me wrong...and he's annoying when he's playing against your favorite team because he works so hard. Best center in the league though? I don't know. I mean, I'm still taking Tyson Chandler for sure, and even Dwight (although he's a clown).
  10. Looked awful early...but really came out on a mission in the 2nd half to put this one away. Milwaukee is truly awful, too.
  11. I didn't really see the start of it, only caught the end. What was the cause of it? Just Boston frustration?
  12. This game is so boring compared to the intensity in that BK-NY game the other night. The entire Kurt Thomas as starter experience was a complete failure. Novak starts the 2nd half. And, why no James White? We see Copeland for 5 minutes in the 2nd half, and no James White. Brewer has been ineffective, Smith is in foul trouble...still no opportunity for James White. It's ridiculous man.
  13. It's good. It's not his best work, but he always puts out something quality. The There Is No Competition mixtapes are his best work, but this is good. Jada is alright, I've never been a huge fan of his voice, it annoys me. But he has good bars. By slept on I meant he doesn't have a ridiculous following like a Lil Wayne, yet I think his mixtapes are so much better than Lil Wayne's. Like this is so sick.
  14. Hmm...It does make some sense, but I just don't see LA giving up Pau Gasol, whom Bryant seemingly loves. Also, if you're the Lakers, you sacrifice defense and rebounding a lot in this deal. As a Knick fan, I'd love this trade...but, it'll never happen.
  15. The most slept on rapper...maybe...ever. I realize he's mainstream, but this dude does not get nearly enough credit. Even though he's a punchline rapper, Fab's punchlines and material is 10x better than Lil Wayne. http://www.livemixtapes.com/mixtapes/19352/fabolous-the-soul-tape-2.html http://images.livemixtapes.com/artists/nodj/fabolous-the_soul_tape_2/cover.jpg
  16. listening to boomer&carton jay mohr was on with them...i tweeted that they were hilarious this morning and carton just read my tweet over the air. sweeeeet! lol
  17. That was a great win the other night. Thoroughly enjoyed whipping Aaron Rodgers and GB's ass. Giants look like they are back. Really needed that bye week to break the losing momentum and get re-focused. Getting the run game going was huge too, since the Giants have also had balance under Coughlin/Eli when they are their absolute best. Losing Brown could be big, because Bradshaw is always banged up and is pretty much questionable week and week out. Looks like they have no choice but to play David Wilson...which could be a really good thing, or really bad. I'm still not sure. Lol.
  18. hopefully we see more James White the next few games......
  19. Wow, that was truly a fun game to watch man. Probably the most enjoyable Knicks loss of all time, I thoroughly was loving the passion both teams showed. Felton is getting killed on my twitter, but give the guy a break. He's been terrific all year, and he played really hard tonight, and played a ton of minutes with JKidd out. I know he missed a ton of key shots that would've given us the win, but they were all good shots for the most part and sometimes they just don't drop. I think he played better than people are giving him credit for. I think the Knicks definitely got worn out, and Brooklyn's team is deeper when the Knicks are without Kidd, Shumpert, and Amar'e...
  20. Yup. Kurt Thomas to start at PF. #ClownCity
  21. Jason Kidd is OUT for tonight's game At Brooklyn.
  22. Yeah, you're a real basketball guru. Lin's struggled to adapt to a team that acquired a superstar like two days before the first game. Lin had a really nice game last night versus NY, didn't turn the ball over or force the issue. Lin is still a good player and will be. Is he a superstar PG, like a D-will or CP3? No. Has anyone said that on this site? If so, I haven't seen it. Has anyone said he was worth 28 million dollars? Again, if they have, I haven't seen it.
