So my class schedule is tuesday and thursdays from 8-12 in the morning but I'm adding another class and only have two choices.

1) I can take it during the same day as my other classes but I'd have to drive home and back at 5:45 pm and stay until 7.

2) I can simply take it during monday, wednesday and fridays from 11-11:50 am.

Which do you think is better?

Press CTRL+F and type in 9 (highlight all if it doesn't automatically), mind = blown

Had my job interview today at Express. He said he will let me know by Monday. So when should I call to check up on it and thank him? Do I really need to write a thank you letter?

No, you aren't looking for a real career job, this is like a part time thing while you're in school? You'll fix clothing racks and stuff, work the register? Call and check up for sure, just hold off on the letter.
